@kalejunkie // VIRAL “FRIED” PICKLE DIP is my latest obsession and it is *totally* worth making if you love pickles and ranch combined. The dip has pan fried breadcrumbs in it too, which makes this a total texture party in your mouth. 12/10 recommend. The best part is that you can make it dairy-free, gluten-free, and vegan by making the usual substitutions. IB: @ainttoproudtomeg & @mad_about_food⁣

INGREDIENTS⁣
1 tb butter⁣
3/4 cup panko breadcrumbs⁣
2 cups chopped pickles⁣
2 cups sour cream⁣
1 packet ranch seasoning⁣
Fresh dill (optional)⁣
⁣
Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat. Add breadcrumbs and toast until fragrant, about 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside. Chop pickles and add them to a bowl along with most of the breadcrumbs (save some for topping), sour cream and ranch dressing. Mix well; this will be thick and you can thin it out to your desired consistency with a little water or dill pickle juice. Transfer to a serving plate, garnish with fresh dill and remaining breadcrumbs. Serve with your favorite chips. ENJOY!⁣
