Follow @kalejunkie for more! VIRAL 3-INGREDIENT CHICKPEA CHOCOLATE TRUFFLES that are omg so good! I saw these last year on my girl @lovelydelites page and I had to make her recipe 👯. They are smooth, creamy and both vegan and gluten-free. And IDK about you, I’ve been craving all the sweets and comfort food this week ❤️‍🩹. It’s hard to believe that a can of chickpeas creates the smoothest texture and trust me, you cannot taste the chickpea! Store them in the freezer or refrigerator to enjoy a yummy treat whenever you want. 12/10 recommend!⁣

Truffles⁣
1 15oz can chickpeas, drained and rinsed well⁣
1 cup chocolate chips, melted⁣
1/2 cup almond butter⁣
Coating⁣
1 cup chocolate chips⁣
1 tb coconut oil⁣
⁣
Add rinsed chickpeas, melted chocolate and almond butter to a food processor. Blend until smooth. Scoop balls onto a cookie sheet. Freeze 10 min. While they are in the freezer, make the chocolate coating. Add the chocolate chips and coconut oil to a small bowl and melt in the microwave in 2-3 30-second increments until smooth and fully melted. Dip each one in the melted chocolate, working quickly, and return to cookie sheet. Freeze 15-20 minutes so the chocolate sets. Remove from freezer, top with flaky salt & enjoy!⁣
