THE BEST EVER PUMPKIN ESPRESSO MARTINI from kalejunkie! 🎃 This is the perfect fall/holiday drink that I’m convinced you need in your life, especially if you are an espresso martini gal like I am! This version turns out perfectly creamy with a little foam on top and it is absolutely delicious. Double the recipe below to make 2 drinks for a fun martini date at home.⁣
⁣
Makes 1 cocktail⁣
2 oz vodka⁣
1 oz kahlua⁣
1 shot espresso (or 2 oz strong coffee)⁣
1 oz vanilla coffee creamer (or plain)⁣
1 tb pumpkin puree⁣
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice (if you want more pumpkin flavor, use 1 tsp)⁣
⁣
In a cocktail shaker add lots of ice, followed by the ingredients listen above. Shake shake shake shake your booty until the drink is nice and cold. Pour the cocktail into a glass, top with a few espresso beans and enjoy!⁣
