Follow @kalejunkie for more fun, easy recipes! Next time you are looking for a snack, make these LEMON-RANCH CUCUMBERS. Chop 6 persian cucumbers. Toss in 2-3 tb ranch seasoning (I used @simplyorganic ranch dip seasoning, but I’ve also made it with Trader Joe’s ranch seasoning) and 1 lemon, juiced. Toss and enjoy—pro tip: this is even more delicious COLD, so if you can refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, you’ll love it even more. ⁣That’s it.
