As a food content creator, my days are really busy-there’s a lot that goes into the videos that I share here. There’s the planning, grocery shopping, filming, endless dirty dishes, editing, writing captions, posting, engaging with my community, and of course the behind the scenes admin work. Because I need to pack a lot of things into the work day, I move really quickly, and if I am not mindful, I can easily work right through the day without taking real meal breaks (of course I am always snacking on the foods I make!).
