Follow @kalejunkie for more! MAGIC COOKIES 🍪! Remember magic bars from childhood? I love them but they are a lot of work to make! Here is a 5 ingredient cookie version that comes together in 5 minutes. This version is a blend of cashews, coconut, chocolate chips, graham crackers, and coconut condensed milk. When you bake them, the condensed milk layer melts out spreads and gets caramelized and then it hardens up, turning into the most magical cookies that taste just like magic bars! Makes 8 GIANT cookies or 16 normal size cookies⁣
1 1/2 cups cashews⁣
1 1/2 cups unsweetened coconut flakes⁣
3/4 cup chocolate chips (I used @enjoylifefoods)⁣
3-4 graham crackers, crushed⁣
3/4 can (11-12 oz) coconut condensed milk (*you can also use regular condensed milk!)⁣

Preheat oven to 350F. In a bowl mix together all of the ingredients and coat well with the coconut condensed milk. Make large spoonfuls of the mixture on a parchment lined baking sheet, making sure to give ample room because the coconut condensed milk spreads. Bake for 15-16 minutes until golden. Remove from the oven. If the coconut milk has spread, take a spoon and gently push it towards the cookie. DO NOT TOUCH THE COOKIES for 10 minutes or so, you need to let them cool so the condensed milk hardens! Then gently pick up your cookies and enjoy!!!⁣
