Hawaii recap!🍍🏝️🥥 Last week we spent the week in Oahu at fsoahu Ko Olina. As most of you know, I desperately needed the time off to decompress and recharge my batteries. Initially, I wanted to explore all the local restaurants, hike, visit different parts of the island, do all the water activities, but when I got there, I felt like doing none of that. So we hardly left the hotel, opting instead to slow things down, sit by the pool, read, and get off the hamster wheel of always doing something. So while I may have missed out on some experiences, I am recharged and that’s what a vacation is all about. So get ready for great content coming this week because your girl is inspired again! Here are the highlights!⁣

Where we stayed:⁣
fsoahu Oahu Ko Olina⁣
Where we ate: ⁣
Noe Italian restaurant at fsoahu —the Signature Tagliatelle with seasonal truffles, mushrooms and parmigiano reggiano was elite, worth venturing to the hotel just for this!⁣
Manalo Lounge at fsoaho —this is where I got the “KFC” cauliflower, which blew my mind, the crunchy garlic shrimp, and miso salmon cups, all of which I am on a mission to recreate for you!⁣
monkeypodkitchen—this restaurant was walking distance from the hotel and so many of you recommended it. We had fantastic poke tacos, salmon lomilomi and the macadamia crusted cod was out of this world, but the real highlight was the mai tai with the lilikoi foam.⁣
blacksheepcreamco — the ice cream here was incredible. We had vanilla, cookie butter and honeydew. There were no dairy-free options, but that’s ok!⁣
Taniokas Seafood & Catering—this was recommended by a few locals as the best poke, so we had to try! With over 15 different kinds of poke in the case, it was hard to choose. The line was super long but moved quickly. It was super fresh and I will be dreaming about this for a long time!⁣
Island —this was recommended as a casual breakfast/lunch spot, but honestly, we didn’t love it at all.⁣

Things we did:⁣
Basically nothing. The only off site adventure we did was visit the Battleship Missouri Memorial at Pearl Harbor! ⁣
