The @kalejunkie MORNING GLOW UP TONIC is what I have been drinking every single day for over 5 years now—maybe longer! It is my magic concoction that is good for immunity, skin, stimulates digestion and provides energy. A few notes:⁣
1. You CAN batch prep this! I typically make 5 days worth at a time—its a time saver. Just store in a covered bottle!⁣
2. I recommend using fresh ginger 🫚 when possible. But as you can see here, sometimes I don’t—ground is okay too!⁣

Makes 1 tonic⁣
Handful ice cubes⁣
3/4 cup coconut water⁣
1/4 cup water⁣
1 tb honey or maple syrup⁣
1 lemon, juiced⁣
2 tb liquid collagen (optional, but highly rec!)⁣
1 tsp grated ginger (or ground ginger)⁣
1/4 tsp ground turmeric⁣
1/4 tsp black pepper⁣
⁣
Add all of the ingredients in a large jar. Cover, shake and enjoy!⁣
