Follow @kalejunkie for more! CRISPY PARMESAN CARROT STICKS! I’ve had this video saved on my camera roll for months and forgot to post it—so today is the day and these carrots were so good, I’ll be making them on repeat. Inspired by my crispy parmesan asparagus and my friend @hungryhappens, I had to try with carrots too!⁣

6 carrots, peeled and sliced in half⁣
3/4 cup freshly grated parmesan⁣
1 tsp cumin⁣
1 tsp garlic powder⁣
1 tsp onion powder⁣
2 tb olive oil⁣
1/2 tsp ground black pepper⁣
⁣
Preheat oven to 425. Peel the carrots and into pieces about 3 inches long. Then cut them in half so you can lay them down in the baking dish flat side down. In a large bowl, add the carrots along with olive oil, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, 1/4 cup of the grated parmesan, and pepper. Toss to coat well. In a baking dish (I used 8x8 this time) OR on a baking sheet (no parchment paper required), spread out the remaining parmesan cheese. Add carrots on top, flat side down, and press it down into the parmesan. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until tender. Remove from oven, let cool and enjoy!⁣
