Follow @kalejunkie for more! PINEAPPLE PIZZA BAGEL BITES, a childhood classic, but a little elevated. When I was growing up, I loved those frozen boxed bagel bites. Times have changed—I still love bagel bites, but I love making them myself, with more creative and delicious ingredients! You can really use anything you like and make these your own. I am using @chomps beef sticks instead of pepperoni and that was the MOVE—so good!⁣

Makes 12 bagel bites⁣
6 mini bagels, halved ⁣
1 cup pizza sauce⁣
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded⁣
1 cup pineapple, chopped into small pieces⁣
3 @chomps beef sticks, sliced (use code KALEJUNKIE for 20% off orders)⁣
1 tb italian seasoning⁣
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated⁣

Preheat oven to 375F. Cut bagels in half and line them up on a parchment lined baking sheet. Spread each one with pizza sauce, followed by the mozzarella cheese, pineapple, meat, italian seasoning and parmesan cheese. Bake for 7-8 minutes, or until cheese is fully melted and the edges of the bagels are golden and crispy.⁣
