Follow @kalejunkie for more! FROZEN IRISH COFFEE, a fun—and very yummy—little dessert bev:) I saw a version of this on @nytcooking and had to make my own, with less dairy/milk bc it really doesn’t need it. Here it is. DELISH 😋.⁣

Makes 2 servings⁣
3/4 cup vanilla ice cream (I love @alecsicecream but you can use dairy free!)⁣
4 oz cold coffee or cold brew⁣
2 oz brandy⁣
2 oz coffee liqueur⁣
Handful ice cubes⁣
Ground instant coffee to garnish (I’m using @bluebottle new craft instant coffee, it’s 🔥, with notes of dark chocolate, molasses and toasted malt)⁣

Add everything listed above to a blender and blend until smooth. Transfer to a large glass or divide between two smaller glasses. Garnish with coffee granules and enjoy!⁣
