Follow @kalejunkie for more! BLUEBERRY LEMONADE REFRESHER, the most delicious and hydrating drink for spring! You guys LOVED my raspberry version, this time it’s all about the BLUEBERRY! You can leave it as-is (alcohol free) or add a shot of vodka or tequila for an adult bevvie, it’s up to you! My kids were obsessed with this drink and it’s better than store bought lemonade that is loaded with sugar!⁣

NOTES: you can use fresh blueberries in this drink! The freeze-dried blueberries make the drink smoother and add a little more sweetness, but it’s totally up to you! ⁣

You can buy freeze-dried blueberries at Trader Joe’s or many places online - click UNDER my post, I have them in my shop to make it easy for you!⁣

Makes 2 drinks⁣
1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 6 lemons)⁣
3 tb maple syrup or honey or liquid sugar substitute (increase to 1/4 cup if you like a sweeter drink)⁣
2 tb liquid collagen (OPTIONAL, DM me for a discount & link)⁣
2 cups coconut water (I use @harmlessharvest)⁣
1/2 cup freeze dried blueberries⁣
Garnish: fresh mint⁣

Chop and squeeze your lemons. Transfer to a blender, along with maple syrup, coconut water and the freeze fried raspberries. Blend for 30-45 seconds. Add ice cubes, pour drink on top and garnish with a sprig of mint! Drink and enjoy!⁣
