Here’s how. Crack an egg into one bowl and 1 TB vinegar into another bowl. Add 3 cups water to a pot. Once the water comes to a boil, turn down the heat. Use a whisk to make a whirlpool, add the vinegar, and drop in the egg. Cover and let sit for 5 minutes. Remove the cover and gently remove the egg from the water. Place onto a paper towel or towel to dry. That’s it. ENJOY!⁣
