You guys were blown away when I shared this method in my egg salad recipe Reel this morning, I decided to turn it into a separate reel for you to save! I first learned about this method from @jamiefielding__ on Tiktok last year and I’ve been using it ever since. ⁣
⁣
It’s a huge time saver because you no longer have to sit there peeling eggs one by one for your egg salad. ⁣
⁣
Preheat oven to 350F. Crack eggs to a greased loaf pan—I use between 6-8, but I’ve done up to 12 at once! ⁣
⁣
Place the loaf pan in a larger baking dish and fill the larger dish with water, up until you reach the level of the eggs. ⁣
⁣
Bake for 30 minutes. NOTE: every oven is different, so if yours need a few more minutes, so be it :) Once the eggs have cooled, flip the loaf pan over and chop the eggs. That’s it. That’s the hack. Now go make my egg salad recipe, it’s the best!⁣
