Follow @kalejunkie for more! 2-INGREDIENT CHOCOLATE COOKIE SANDWICH BARK, basically like crushed oreos mixed with melted white chocolate and frozen—the perfect sweet snack that you can grab a piece of anytime the sweet craving hits!⁣
⁣
To make:⁣
1 1/2 cups df white chocolate chips (or 1 11 oz bag)⁣
2 tsp coconut oil (this helps make the chocolate nice and drippy)⁣
2 1/2 cups crushed chocolate sandwich cookies (you can use oreos, or I used @newmansown chocolate sandwich cookies⁣

In a large bowl, add the chocolate chips and coconut oil. Melt in the microwave in 2-3, 30-second increments. You can also use the double broiler method if you don’t have/ use a microwave. Crush the cookies well and then add to the bowl with the melted chocolate. Coat well, spread on a baking sheet and freeze for 20-30 minutes until set. Break apart and then store in a covered container in the fridge for up to 3 weeks. ENJOY!⁣
