HUNTER’S FAVORITE MEATBALLS, from his amazing mom @kalejunkie 😂. This is my son Hunter’s favorite meatball recipe and we decided that the world needs to experience this magic, so we are sharing it with you. THEY ARE SOOO GOOD. You can serve them alone or over a big bowl of spaghetti, and you can make your own sauce or use store-bought. This recipe also makes a lot of meatballs and you will have leftover to freeze for additional meals. We are so excited for you to make this recipe and tell us what you think!⁣

Makes 6-8 servings⁣
1 pound ground beef⁣
1 pound ground pork⁣
1 cup panko breadcrumbs (gf will work too!)⁣
1/2 onion, finely diced⁣
1/4 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped⁣
2 cloves garlic, mashed⁣
3/4 cup parmigiano reggiano, freshly grated (+ more for topping)⁣
1 1/2 tsp allspice ⁣
1 tsp salt⁣
1/2 tsp ground black pepper⁣
2 eggs⁣
⁣
Pasta sauce of choice (I always use @raoshomemade when I don’t make my own)⁣
Spaghetti of choice⁣
⁣
In a large bowl, add all ingredients for the meatballs. With your hands, mix well to combine, then roll into evenly sized meatballs. Place on a baking sheet and repeat until all meatball mixture is rolled. Then, add pasta sauce to a deep dish on the stove. Bring to a gentle simmer and add the meatballs. Cover and do not touch for 25 minutes. Remove over and gently stir to cover with sauce. Serve over pasta and enjoy!⁣

*If you have leftover meatballs, pop them in the oven at 350F for 25 minutes or until cooked through. You can freeze these for additional meals!⁣
