STRAWBERRY MANDARIN SHRUB MOCKTAIL from @kalejunkie & @holisticrendezvous! I love my cocktails, but this year I’ve found a new appreciation for mocktails—so my girl Blair (the mocktail queen & sweetest human 👸🏻) and I teamed up to bring you this one. It’s a delicious drink that I’ve been drinking on repeat! You can check out Blair’s creation on her page, as well as her other delish drinks! 

Mandarin Shrub Mocktail
1/4 cup strawberries (about 4), chopped
2 mandarins, juiced
1 tb apple cider vinegar
Pinch salt
Topped with sparkling water
Cubes: strawberries, oranges, and coconut water

To make, muddle strawberries in a glass, mashing well. Then add the juice of the mandarins, apple cider vinegar and a pinch of salt. Add pretty ice cubes and pour sparking water on top and enjoy!
