Hi and welcome to the KJ community! There are so many new friends here, chime in and let me know where you are from and a fun fact about yourself! 😏.⁣ Here are 10 facts about me!⁣

1. My name is Nicole, not Kale 😜! I am full Armenian 🇦🇲. I was born and raised in Los Angeles, but I’ve been living in the SF Bay Area for almost 12 years. ⁣
2. I have two boys, 6 and 8, and when I’m not creating content, I’m spending time with them—or working out!⁣
3. I started my IG over 8 years ago as a hobby, while I was healing from a 15 + year eating disorder (bulimia and binge eating) that no one knew about.⁣
4. I was practicing law at the time and I hated it, and used ⁣ food to cope with stress, anxiety, and depression.⁣
5. I healed from my ED with lots of therapy, lots of yoga, and by openly sharing my story and removing the shame that comes with it.⁣
6. Over time, I stopped binging through intuitive eating and I believe that ALL foods can fit into a healthy lifestyle. ⁣
7. And over time, this account started growing organically and I was able to leave my career as a lawyer to create content and develop recipes full time.⁣
8. Last year, I published my first cookbook, Love To Eat, and it’s one of the most special accomplishments in my life to date.⁣
9. I’m a leftie, a Scorpio (Scorpio sun, Libra moon, Taurus rising), an ENFJ personality, and my favorite food is sushi.⁣
10. I ⁣make a lot of social plans, but when it comes time to actually go do the things I planned, I’d much rather lay in bed and relax 👵🏼😂.⁣
