This is one my most viral videos from early 2022, and now it happens to be trending on social media 😏 so I’m bringing it back for my new followers—MAKE AHEAD FROZEN PANCAKE CUBES! This is a great idea if you’ve got leftover pancake batter or just want to batch prep a lot all at once! Just add your favorite batter to an ice cube tray along with your favorite toppings, then freeze! ⁣

You might be wondering—why not just make the pancakes in advance and freeze them in a bag? Well yes, you can do that. I’m just sharing one option, you do you :-)⁣

When you are ready to make pancakes, heat a skillet over medium heat (NOT high) and spray pan with oil of choice (I like avocado oil spray). Place a few frozen pancake squares in the skillet. Place a lid on top (this is important!) and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown. ⁣
⁣
They might not spread into perfectly round pancakes and that is ok! Sometimes mine stay in a square shape and sometimes they spread into circles and sometimes they even look a little wonky 🤪, so just go with it. ⁣

These will last in the freezer for up to 2 months.⁣
