Follow @kalejunkie for more! VIRAL CRISPY CHEESE WRAPPED PICKLES is the latest food trend and I’m giving it a big thumbs up! All you have to do is take your favorite cheese (I’m using organic cheddar) and add it to a non-stick pan over high heat. Once the cheese melts, add a pickle.

Let the edges of the cheese get nice and brown and crunchy, then gently fold it up. Remove from the heat, let cool for a minute or so and enjoy! It’s a fun salty and crunchy snack.
