Game Day is around the corner and I’ve teamed up with @goodfoods to share my favorite sliders, using the turkey burger recipe from my cookbook! I loaded them up with Good Foods incredible avocado salsa, tomatoes and cheese, to reallyyyyyyy take these sliders to the next level!  You are going to LOVE THEM!!! ⁣

Turkey burgers ⁣
1 lb ground turkey ⁣
1 egg⁣
4 cloves garlic, mashed
1 1/2 tb soy sauce or coconut aminos⁣
3 tb parsley, chopped⁣
1/2 tsp paprika⁣
1 tsp onion powder⁣
1 tsp salt & black pepper⁣
⁣
1 loaf of your favorite buns⁣
1 tomato, chopped⁣
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated⁣

⁣
Add all ingredients for the turkey burgers into a bowl and mix well. Preheat oven to 350F. Press the turkey mixture into the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking dish into a flat and even layer. Bake for 20 minutes. Drain the liquid and set aside. Slice the rolls in half lengthwise. Place bottom half of rolls on a sheet tray lined with parchment paper. Top the bottom half of the rolls with the cooked turkey burger patty followed by the avocado salsa, tomatoes and cheese. Top with the top half of the rolls. Brush melted butter on top and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Place back in oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the bread is toasted and the cheese is melty.⁣
