I love serving this delicious and healthy sauce over steak and chicken, but it’s so flavorful, it’s a great staple to drizzle all over your vegetables. In fact, it’s so good you will want to bathe in it :-) ⁣

The Best Chimichurri Sauce⁣
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil⁣
2 tb white wine or champagne vinegar⁣
2 cloves garlic, mashed⁣
1 tsp sea salt⁣
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes⁣
1 tsp oregano⁣
1 tsp smoked paprika⁣
3/4 cup italian parsley, finely chopped (1 large bunch)⁣
⁣
In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, vinegar, garlic, salt, red pepper flakes, oregano and smoked paprika. Add in the parsley and toss to coat well. Serve as a sauce over meat and fish or over roasted veggies.⁣
