It’s a special one, because it’s the soup my grandma made me every single time I went to her house as a kid (prob bc it’s easy to make lol) AND it also tastes exactly like the avgolemono soup at my favorite casual restaurant here in San Fran, Souvla…but better, because it’s thicker and heartier, and more budget-friendly to make a big batch at home.
