Follow @kalejunkie for more easy recipes! THE BEST (EVER) BLENDER SALSA! 💃🏻 That’s right, the most delicious blender salsa that you can make in under 5 minutes. It’s so flavorful and delicious, it’s a big crowd pleaser and I make it every time I have people over!

Makes 6-8 servings
1 28 oz can whole tomatoes, peeled, with the juices (San Marzano is the best) OR 5 Roma tomatoes 
1/2 bunch cilantro
1/2 red onion, roughly chopped
3 jalapeños, roughly chopped + seeds removed
2 cloves garlic
2 limes, juiced
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cumin (optional)

Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor. Blend/pulse for 20-30 seconds, until just blended, making sure to leave some texture. Transfer to a bowl and serve with your favorite tortilla chips.

Save leftovers in a covered jar for up to 1 week. ENJOY!!!!
