Follow @kalejunkie for more recipes! CRANBERRY HOT HONEY BAKED BRIE BOWL! I have been seeing these baked brie bowls everywhere (hi @spanglishfashion!), so my bestie Hannah from @lovelydelites and I decided to make one too—with our favorite fillings & toppings—fresh cranberry sauce, thyme, hot honey, and walnuts. Let me tell you, it turned out SO GOOD! ⁣

The cheese gets nice and melty and then you just pull out the pieces of bread and dunk it into the cheese…what could be better in life?!? Head over to @lovelydelites page to see her creation!⁣

1 sourdough round⁣
2-3 tb olive oil⁣
1 brie round, use triple cream brie so it gets melty!⁣
1 cup fresh cranberry sauce⁣
3 sprigs fresh thyme⁣
3 tb-1/4 cup hot honey⁣
Walnuts, chopped⁣
⁣
Cut the top off the bread, create a hole and pull out the bread center. Take a knife and cut slices around the bowl, then brush generously with olive oil. Add a big spoonful of cranberry sauce and some fresh thyme. Then slice a very thin layer off the top of the brie cheese and then place it into the bread bowl. Top with more cranberry sauce, and thyme, and add a generous drizzle of hot honey and walnuts. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes—mine needed the full 25. Remove from oven, pull apart the slice and dig in!⁣
