Follow @kalejunkie for more recipes! My favorite OLIVE TAPENADE is here and I made it using @mezzetta olives and sun-dried tomatoes. This recipe comes together in under 5 minutes and it is the tastiest holiday appetizer. I recommend serving it with toasted sourdough, or add it to your charcuterie boards.

OLIVE TAPENADE
Makes 8 servings
2 cups pitted olives (I used 1/2 jar @mezzetta Sliced Greek Kalamata Olives and 1 jar Colossal Castelvetrano Style Pitted Olives)
1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, in oil
1 lemon, juiced
2 cloves garlic
1 cup flat leaf parsley (1 small bunch)
Garnish: 2 tb extra virgin olive oil, parsley
 
In a food processor, add the olives, sun-dried tomatoes, lemon juice and garlic. Pulse until combined, but still chunky. Add the fresh herbs and pulse again for another few seconds. Store in the refrigerator in a covered container for up to 1 week. ENJOY!!
