3-INGREDIENT MINI NUTELLA CROISSANTS 🥐, and friends, they are SO GOOD and actually very easy to make. For this one, I teamed up with my friend Sneji @themodernnonna, to bring you this festive holiday dessert. Sneji makes delicious, approachable recipes, sharing her Bulgarian heritage and her twist on Italian eats! She’s also supportive of other creators in the food space and that’s a win-win for me 👏🏼!⁣

**If Nutella isn’t your thing, substitute with jam or any nut butter or even tahini! Make them your own!⁣

Here’s how to make them!⁣
1 sheet puff pastry, thawed, cut into triangles⁣
1/2 cup Nutella or dairy-free hazelnut spread ⁣
1 egg, beaten⁣
Powdered sugar (optional, but not)⁣
⁣
Preheat oven to 350F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. Gently unwrap puff pastry and place it on a lightly floured surface. Cut into triangles as shown in the video. Add 1-2 teaspoons of Nutella or desired filling onto the triangle and gently roll it up. Place on the baking sheet. Brush with egg wash and bake for 20 minutes until golden brown. Once the croissants have cooled completely, sprinkle with powdered sugar and enjoy!⁣
