For this episode I teamed up with my bestie @erinnobrienn to create this joint recipe, and if you aren’t following Erin yet, consider this your sign 🪧! This cheesy garlic pull-apart bread is total comfort food and a crowd pleaser for any occasion, but especially over the holidays! ⁣
⁣
And, you can make it vegan by swapping the butter and cheese for plant-based versions! Gluten-free? Find a gluten-free loaf of bread. Get creative with it.⁣
⁣
1 boule (round bread) or crusty rustic bread⁣
1 stick salted butter, melted⁣
6 cloves garlic, minced⁣
2 tb parsley, chopped⁣
1 cup shredded mozzarella ⁣
1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese ⁣
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated⁣
1 bunch chives, finely chopped ⁣
⁣
Preheat oven to 375F. Use a serrated knife and cross-hatch the bread (cutting diagonally in each direction), making sure not to cut all the way through. Place it on a sheet pan lined with foil. Next, in a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic and parsley. Brush the bread all over with the melted butter mixture, making sure to get inside crosshatches. Stuff each crevice with the cheese and chives. Wrap in foil, you might need to add another piece of foil depending on how large your bread is in order to cover it completely. Bake the loaf for 30 mins. Uncover and bake for 5-10 more minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly! Pull apart and enjoy!⁣
