I made this drink using @thispkn chocolate pecan milk, which is made using up cycled pecan pieces, and by purchasing THIS PKN, you get delicious, dairy-free milk that supports Texan farmers and regenerative farming practices. Makes 2 drinks⁣
1/2 cup pumpkin puree ⁣
1/3 cup coconut sugar⁣
3/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice⁣
1 tsp vanilla extract⁣
2 1/4 cups @thispkn chocolate pecan milk (**if using regular pecan milk or any other non-dairy milk, make sure to add 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder as well).⁣

In a small pot on the stove, add all the ingredients. Whisk over low-medium heat until nice and creamy. Divide between two mugs, add whipped cream and shaved chocolate on top and enjoy! #thispknpartner⁣
