This apple pie is for those of you that love apple pie but don’t want to hassle with making a proper lattice pie topping. Turns out, the Country Crock Plant Butter is a fantastic 1:1 substitute for dairy butter and the Plant Cream whips up into a delicious plant-based whipped cream topping.
