3 tb melted chocolate (3 tb chocolate chips + 1 tsp coconut oil)⁣
1 rice cake⁣
1 tb cashew butter⁣
2 tb pumpkin puree⁣
1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice⁣
1 scoop vanilla ice cream⁣
Flaky sea salt⁣

In a small bowl, add the chocolate chips and coconut oil. Melt in the microwave in 2, 30-second increments until the chocolate is melted. Set aside. Next, mix together the pumpkin puree and pumpkin pie spice and set aside. On your rice cake, add the cashew butter, followed by the pumpkin-spice mixture, ice cream, and melted chocolate.
