VIRAL CRISPY PARMESAN POTATOES 🥔 I don’t make potatoes that often unless they are in the french fry form 😉, but I haven’t been able to stop thinking about these, so here we are—GO MAKE THEM!⁣

1 pound mini potatoes, sliced in half⁣
1/2 cup butter, melted (vegan works too!!)⁣
1 tsp garlic powder⁣
1 tsp Italian seasoning⁣
1/3 cup parmesan cheese, finely grated, for the mixture (or vegan parmesan!)⁣
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, finely grated, for the topping⁣
⁣
Preheat oven to 425F. Wash potatoes and cut them in half. In an 8x8 baking dish, add the melted butter, garlic, Italian seasoning, and parmesan cheese. Whisk into a paste. Add the potatoes and toss to coat well. Add remaining parmesan cheese on top. Bake for 35-45 minutes, depending on how golden brown you like your potatoes. ENJOY!⁣
