Follow @kalejunkie for more ideas! The VIRAL BUTTER BOARD, but make it using plant-based butter! Some of you asked for this version. It’s delicious! Still worth making. I used room temperature @miyokoscreamery butter, then topped it with flaky salt, figs, nectarines, marcona almonds and a drizzle of honey (omit if vegan), and served it with crackers. A perfect combination of sweet and savory! This butter board trend is inspired by @justine_snacks.
