3-INGREDIENT SHEET PAN APPLE SPICE PANCAKES! This is such a timesaver on busy mornings and a great way to batch prep pancakes to enjoy all week. And we’ve got fall vibes happening with the apples and cinnamon on top.⁣
⁣
2 cups pancake mix of choice (I used @birchbenders original)⁣
3/4 cup water⁣
1 apple, sliced⁣
Cinnamon⁣
⁣
Preheat oven to 350. Prepare pancake batter according to package instructions until you have a smooth batter. Spray a baking sheet with oil and transfer batter on top. Add apple slices and cinnamon. Bake for 20-22 minutes or until cooked through. Once cool, cut into squares, add maple syrup on top, and serve!⁣

Store any leftovers in a covered container and keep in the fridge for up to one week. ENJOY!!!⁣
