KIWI LIME MARGARITAS 🥝 Because summer is still going strong and I can’t believe this is my first kiwi of the summer…it had to be in a margarita :) 

Here’s how to make it!
2 ripe kiwis
2 oz tequila (I used solento_tequila, organic)
1/2 oz cointreau or triple sec
1 lime
1-2 tsp monk fruit sweetener (I like lakanto)
Tajin to rim the glass (optional)

Mash kiwis in a cocktail shaker. Add the rest of the ingredients, along with 3-4 ice cubes. Shake vigorously and transfer to a glass, rimmed with Tajin. Drink and enjoy!
