THE AVOCADO FETA DIP THAT YOU’LL BE CRAVING! 🥑 ⁣

I don’t say this often, but WOWWWWWW! You will go to sleep dreaming about this dip! I like to eat it with tortilla chips, but it’s fantastic as a salad/side dish too!⁣
⁣
Makes 4-6 servings⁣
3 avocados⁣
2 roma tomatoes⁣
1/2 red onion⁣
1/2 English cucumber⁣
1/2 bunch Italian parsley (about 3/4 cup)⁣
1 cup feta cheese, crumbled⁣
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil⁣
1/3 cup red wine vinegar⁣
1-2 cloves garlic, mashed⁣
Salt & pepper to taste⁣
Tortilla chips for serving⁣
⁣
Chop all of the veggies and add them to a large bowl, followed by the crumbled feta, olive oil, vinegar, garlic, salt & pepper. Toss to coat well, and mashing as desired. Serve and enjoy.⁣

If you have leftovers, use the tip I shared in my previous Reel to store and prevent the avocado from browning :).⁣
