FROZEN S’MORES BITES! 🧊🍫 ⁣

By now we all know that I love making things in my ice cube trays and when by two besties @melissas_healthykitchen and @lovelydelites used them to make s’mores, well…of course I had to also! They turned out delish - the perfect sweet treat when you just want a little sweet something!⁣
⁣
You need:⁣
Handful graham crackers - I used @annieshomegrown bunny grahams bc they fit cute inside⁣
Marshmallows - I used @mydandies vegan marshmallows⁣
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips - I used @hukitchen gems⁣
1 tsp coconut oil - this is just to make the chocolate easy to melt and easy to pour. If you don’t like the taste of coconut oil, use refined coconut oil.⁣

Place graham crackers of choice at the bottom of the ice cube tray. Cut marshmallows in half and add to the tray. In a bowl, add the chocolate and coconut oil. Microwave for 2-3, 30-second increments, stirring until the chocolate is fully melted and liquidy. Pour chocolate on top. Freeze for 1-2 hours. That’s it! Keep stored in the freezer.⁣
