5 GENIUS WAYS TO USE OVERRIPE BANANAS! 🍌 Got overripe bananas? SAME. Don’t throw them away. Here are my favorite ways to use them (besides making a big loaf of banana bread)!⁣
⁣
1. Freeze them. Peel them, cut them into small pieces and freeze. Now you have bananas ready for smoothies and n’ice cream. Make sure to chop into these small coins to make them easier to blend, producing smoother result.⁣
2. Make n’ice cream. And get wild, make any flavor. To make chocolate, it’s 2 cups frozen banana, 1/4 cup cacao, 1 tsp vanilla, and 1 tb milk of choice. Blend/process until you get a consistency like ice cream. ⁣
3. Make banana milk ice cubes. Blend 1 banana, 1 tsp vanilla, and 3 cups milk of choice. Once smooth, transfer to an ice cube tray and freeze. Perfect to give your iced coffee a flavor boost and keep it creamy. Or just eat them for a fun, cold treat!⁣
4. Make banana milk! You can use it in your cereal, smoothies, or just drink it as it. Blend 2 bananas, 4 cups milk of choice, 1 tsp vanilla, pinch salt. Once smooth, transfer to a jar, cover and refrigerate. Kids love this too!⁣
5. Make a delicious banana chocolate chip mug cake. This is my FAV mug cake recipe. Mash 1 banana, and add 1 tb coconut oil, 1 tb brown sugar (optional), 3 tb flour of choice, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp baking powder, pinch salt, 2 tb chocolate chips, 1 tb walnuts (optional). Microwave for 2 minutes or bake at 350 for 20 minutes.⁣
