## Caption

72 hours in NYC and it’s safe to say I did exactly the same things I do back at home—eat, drink and workout 🙃. This trip was part work and part mini vacay, to get away from my everyday responsibilities as a mom and wife and just BE. ME. HIGHLY RECOMMEND taking trips alone!

I wish I had more time—but here’s where I stayed and ate!

@blackfoxcoffeeco - yummy coffee next to Pendry, i went every day! ☕️ 
@sushibybou_ - 12 course omakase for $50, so good and fun experience, you only get 30 min to eat!
@naturopathica - best Defy facial
@seedandmill - best vegan soft serve with halva and tahini drizzle
@chezzou - the rhubarb spritz is a must!
@hiddenleaf.nyc - new pan Asian restaurant and it was delicious!
for fitness i just went to usual places @barrys and @doyourumble bc i like knowing what im going to get!
ended my last night with fries and a dirty martini at the hotel bar and it was perf!! 🍟🍸
