STRAWBERRY TOMATO WHIPPED FETA DIP! 🍓🍅 Follow @kalejunkie for more easy recipes! This is my own version of a very similar dip that I had in LA a few weeks ago at @baveldtla with my bestie @erinnobrienn a few weeks ago, and it turned out SO GOOD. I can’t wait for you to try it!⁣

**You can make this VEGAN by substituting the feta, cream cheese, and greek yogurt for vegan versions and swapping the honey for a touch of maple syrup—very easy!⁣
⁣
8 ounces feta cheese (use the feta that comes in brine in a container - just drain the brine before using)⁣
4 ounces cream cheese⁣
1/4 cup Greek yogurt⁣
1-2 cloves garlic⁣
2 tb honey⁣
1/4 cup olive oil⁣
1 lemon, juiced + zested⁣
2 tb water (+ more if needed)⁣
Salt & pepper to taste⁣
⁣
Garnish:⁣
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved⁣
1/2 cup strawberries, chopped into smaller pieces ⁣
Fresh dill⁣
⁣
In a food processor, add all of the ingredients and process until smooth. You might need to stop the processor to break down the feta into smaller pieces and start the machine again. Transfer to a plate and top with tomatoes, strawberries, fresh dill, a drizzle of olive oil, salt & pepper. Eat and enjoy!⁣
