THE @HAILEYBIEBER x EREWHON STRAWBERRY GLAZE SKIN SMOOTHIE! Follow @kalejunkie for more remakes, I’ve done almost all of them so far 😏. My DM’s were filled with requests for this one yesterday, so of course I got right to it, and it’s delish—summer in a glass! ⁣

A few things: ⁣
1. If you live near @Erewhon and have the $, go buy one because a portion of the proceeds goes to support the families of the victims of Robb Elementary School.⁣
2. The Erewhon version of this smoothie contains a few things that regular b’s like me don’t regularly stock in my kitchen, like sea moss and hyaluronic acid, both which support the skin. Just do the best with what you’ve got. ⁣

Here’s my version—makes 1 smoothie⁣
⁣
Strawberry glaze⁣
3 strawberries⁣
1/2 tsp monk fruit (optional)⁣
⁣
Smoothie⁣
1 1/2 cups frozen strawberries⁣
1/4 avocado⁣
1 date, pitted⁣
1 tsp maple syrup⁣
1 scoop vanilla collagen powder⁣
2 tb coconut cream (thick part at the top of the can)⁣
1 cup almond milk (+ more if needed)⁣
⁣
To make the glaze, add the strawberries and monk fruit (if using) to a blender until a glaze forms. You can also mash in a bowl if you don’t want to use the blender.⁣
⁣
Next, make the smoothie. Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until desired consistency is reached. You might need to scrape down the sides of the blender. ⁣
⁣
To make the pretty swirl in the glass, take a spoon and add some coconut cream around the inside of the glass, then add the strawberry glaze. Then pour your smoothie in the glass and enjoy!⁣
