Makes 4 toasts⁣
2 ripe avocados⁣
1/4 red onion, diced⁣
1 lime, juiced⁣
1 tsp sriracha⁣
Salt & pepper⁣
1/2 jalapeño, sliced into 4 slices⁣
4 frozen hash browns⁣
⁣
Prepare hash browns according to package instructions—make them nice and crispy! In a bowl, add all of the ingredients above (except the jalapeño) and mash until it looks like guac! Spread evenly among the 4 hash browns and top each one with a slice of jalapeño. Enjoy!⁣
