NANA’S CRUNCHY LEMON PARMESAN SALAD! 🍋 This salad from my good friend  @erinnobrienn—who is, by the way, the most kind and genuine human—has over 18 MILLION VIEWS and it has only 3 ingredients. Just like she & I, nana knows that simple is always best and that not everything in life needs to be fancy to taste amazing.⁣

When Erin and I were at dinner last week, we were talking about this salad and what makes it SO delicious is that the parmesan cheese forms a coating around each piece of lettuce, so you get some in every bite, and it’s super lemony and crunchy (pro tip: serve this salad COLD).⁣

3-4 heads romaine lettuce heads, chopped⁣
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil⁣
2-3 lemons ⁣
1 cup grated parmesan cheese⁣
salt & pepper to taste⁣
