CRISPY SUN-DRIED TOMATO-BASIL-PARMESAN BREAKFAST QUESADILLA! Follow @kalejunkie for more easy recipes! I can confirm, this method for making quesadillas is my new favorite, and of course, I saw it on Tiktok, my second home 😉.

You can use ANY fillings you like. 
In mine:
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
2 eggs, whisked
1 flour tortilla
2 tb sun-dried tomato pesto (I used @buitoni)
Fresh basil
More parmesan cheese

Instructions:
Do what I do in the video. Add the cheese to a non-stick pan, followed by the whisked eggs. Then add the tortilla. Flip. Add any toppings you like—I added the pesto, basil, and a little more cheese. Fold in half. Cut and enjoy!
