Ps—I used to think that the core of the pineapple was inedible, but that’s actually not true! It is a little tougher but it’s packed with bromelain and fiber! So eat a little core, it’s okay!⁣

Twist off the top of the pineapple. Cut a thin piece off the side, so that you can lay the pineapple down flat (as shown). Take your knife and slice on an angle along the ridges that are already in the pineapple, moving from one end of the pineapple to the other — NOTE: it doesn’t need to be perfect!Then rotate the pineapple around and repeat. Slice along the ridges. Pull apart the pineapple sticks and enjoy!⁣
