PERSIAN-INSPIRED LAVASHAK FROZEN GRAPES! 🍇 You all loved my Sweet N’ Tajin frozen grapes, I thought I’d try my girl Lina @thathealthjunkie’s Persian-inspired version—Armenians and Persians have very similar taste buds so I knew I’d love this right off the bat, and if you’ve made ANY KJ recipe and loved it, then we have the same taste buds too—you’ll love this 😊. ⁣

In a bowl, add grapes, the juice of one lemon, 2 tb sumac, 1/4 cup pomegranate molasses (I used @justdatesyrup), and a pinch of salt. Freeze for a few hours or overnight, and WOW—TANGY, SWEET, BUT NOT TOO SWEET, LEMONY GOODNESS. ⁣
