10-MINUTE BAKED RAVIOLI CASSEROLE! Follow kalejunkie for more easy recipes! This is one of my go-to meals on nights where I don’t feel like cooking, but still need to put something delicious and comforting on the table. And you need just 5 ingredients and 10 minutes of prep time. Yes, it needs 30 minutes to bake in the oven, but you can do other things while it’s cooking—like relax. Have a glass of wine or something!⁣

PRO TIP: Because this recipe makes 6-8 servings, you can freeze what you don’t eat, so you have a second meal ready to go on busy nights! Or, if you don’t want to make a large batch, just half this recipe—it’s super forgiving, so just load it up with what you like and bake!⁣

Ingredients⁣
1 32 oz jar marinara sauce (I used raoshomemade)⁣
20 oz ravioli of choice (you can use df/gf ravioli if desired)⁣
1 cup fresh spinach (optional) ⁣
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded⁣ (I like rumianocheese)
1 cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated⁣
⁣
Preheat oven to 350F. In an 8x8 or 9x11 baking dish, add some of the marinara sauce to the bottom. Add a single layer of ravioli, followed by the spinach and half of the mozzarella cheese and parmesan. Add more marinara, followed by more ravioli and cheeses. Repeat until you’ve used all of the ravioli. Add remaining marinara on top and cheese. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 10 minutes. ⁣
