CINNAMON TOAST CRUNCH CHOCOLATE CUBES! Follow @kalejunkie for more easy recipes and tips! If you’ve been here for a while, you know that 99% of the time, I don’t use my ice cube trays for ice, I use them for food 🙂. Today it’s these chocolate cubes with yummy cinnamon toast crunch cereal mixed in for texture and crunch!⁣

Why are they so awesome? ⁣
⁣
1. They are individually portioned thanks to the ice cube tray! Pop one out any time the sweet tooth hits. ⁣
2. To make them you need just 3 ingredients—nothing fancy! Just chocolate chips, coconut oil, and Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal (or in my case, @catalinacrunch, for a more nutritious option).⁣
3. You can customize this! Don’t feel like using cereal? Use granola! Or sliced strawberries, or make them fun and use sprinkles. Do you!⁣

Makes 16 cubes⁣
2 cups chocolate chips (I used @enjoylifefoods)⁣
1 teaspoon coconut oil⁣
1 cup @catalinacrunch Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cereal (or ANY cereal)⁣
⁣
In a large bowl, add the chocolate chips and coconut oil. Melt in the microwave in 2, 30 second intervals, until smooth. Add your cereal evenly to the bottom of each cavity of the ice cube tray. Pour the chocolate on top. Cover with foil or a lid and freeze for at least 2 hours until hard. Pop them out and enjoy!⁣

Storage: keep them in the ice cube tray or transfer to a covered container and keep in the refrigerator or freezer. I like to keep them in the refrigerator so they aren’t so hard and ready to enjoy whenever I pop one out!⁣
