I am back with another version of my yogurt bark—the snack that carried me through law school and that’s become a fav household snack. But this time we are making a chocolate version because chocolate is LIFE, and so is adding a little salty crunch with the pretzels. I use greek yogurt because it’s high in protein, but you can make this plant-based and vegan by using any plant-based yogurt you’d like. Once you break up the bark into pieces, store it in a covered container in the FREEZER. Pull out pieces whenever you want something fun and yummy to snack on!
