THE SAMI CLARKE x EREWHON FORM FUEL SMOOTHIE, the @kalejunkie remake 😏. This is the first one I’ve loved so much, it will be on repeat. It tastes like a chocolate cookie milkshake but it’s PACKED with protein! ⁣

First things first—if you live near Erewhon, go support—in honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, a portion of the proceeds goes to the National Alliance on Mental Illness (@namicommunicate). And you guys, @samiclarke did good, support her too.⁣

Here’s my version—makes 1 smoothie⁣
1 frozen banana⁣
1 date, pitted⁣
1 TB almond butter (I use @georgiagrinders)⁣
1 scoop vanilla collagen (I use @ancientnutrition)⁣
1 scoop chocolate protein powder (I used @truvani)⁣
2 TB cacao nibs + extra for topping⁣
1 cup oat milk (@malkorganics)⁣
Coconut whip cream topping⁣
⁣
For the pretty chocolate swirl in the glass, melt 2 tb chocolate chips with 1/2 tsp coconut oil and swirl it around the glass.⁣
⁣
Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until desired consistency is reached. You might need to scrape down the sides of the blender. Enjoy!⁣
